Who is Matt Rowe
Hi, I'm Matt. I'm a father, husband, Ironman finisher, all-American Triathlete, self-proclaimed chef, entrepreneur, seeker of joy, lover of life, and thriving with MS.
In 2017, I was diagnosed with MS (Multiple Sclerosis). During my journey of controlling the disease and reversing my symptoms, I became a Certified Health Coach, Meditation Practitioner, Author, Public Speaker, and the host of the podcast "Identity of Health."
I took my experience, curiosity, and research to helping people who have been diagnosed with MS develop the identity of a survivor and the habits necessary to be one.
It is time to re-align your identity so you can feel great again.
